You should notify tenants of any change in staff who are the tenants’ main point of contact.

Note that under the HMO Management regulations you are required to place a notice in a prominent part of the HMO with contact information for the HMO manager.  Failure to comply with this is invariably included in Local Authority prosections and will be impossible to defend if the notice was not in fact in place.
